Also, If you don't want to have to take a full picture of your screen, you can use a program like snagit. It can take pictures of individual windows. This way you dont have to worry about cropping anything. I suggest using

www.inkfrog.com for hosting your images. Inkfrog is free but you can only have 6 images uploaded at a time. Picserver is entirely free with 50 Megabytes of space. I have only found that Inkfrog might allow images to load slightly faster than Picserver.
