first you download the zip file, ( if your computer is not set up to give you the immediate option to "open" the file once it's finished please remember where you are storeing it as you download it ) once it finished downloading, you should open the file with winzip or some other program. winzip has a button that says " extract" click this button to extract all the files in the zipped file. now, make sure yout ell winzip where to put it, so before you do the final step on winzip( or whatever ) be sure to change the directory file to the correct directory for trillian skins. on mine its as follows C
rogram Files/Trillian/Skins then extract all the files into that directory. then once you open Trillian again the new skin will be there.
