so you can get rid of your useless ones as well.
As to your problem, if you don't have that directory, that fix obviously won't work for you. Try one of the other fixes posted.
Desktop - Glad the fix helped you. All the commands do is Unregister the msiexec file then re-register it again with Windows. I didn't come up with the solution so you would have to ask the original writer why it works, you can follow the link under the solution given to see the original post.
