The only way you can see who views your profile is to put a buddy profile in it or some other kind of link like IMChaos, I think that is the name of it. As to the other question the answer is yes. Bad thing is is that you have to register your buddy list at the website, not sure the website but it's called Buddy Rank or something like that. Just do a Google search and it will find it. For you to be able to see whos buddy list you are on, that person has to register with the same site.
