And I don't get spyware from those sites either, (thank gosh!) cuz I don't visit those sites.
But I think my favorite thing about messenger plus is that you can change your name and give lots of other commands just in the chat window. But I got a new computer recently, it doesn't have message plus! on it yet, and I forget that. i'll type something like, "/name Awesomesauce" and it'll just show up in the messege window and my friends wonder what the crap i'm trying to do.
