manual banner removal solution for ICQ Lite 4.0 beta (#1613). Unlike previous banner removals, this one also removes the ad at the top of the contact list!
The solution is thanks to an anonymous post in our forums.
Note: If you are running your ICQ Lite 1613 with the line in your HOSTS file pointing to ICQ-4U, and if you restart your ICQ, we have added a response on ICQ-4U to send the new, modified, ad-free banners.xml, so your client will be banner-free without having to do the file editing yourself.
