It doesn't make that much of a difference people. The man has his email address in his profile anyway..

1.) How can I find out if they still have any time of MSN?? I don't understand what you mean
2.) How can I track or view info to when the last time they logged in or signed in??Use Martin's advice above.
3.) If they do still have MSN, how can I find out if there still using or not using the name or the e-mail I have in my contact list??Search for them on members.msn.com
4.) If they have a new MSN name, how can I find out what it is by doing it legally??MSN name as in nickname? You won't see any update to their nickname unless they sign in to refresh it on your contact list
