That's exactly why I asked
what files are missing! How could anyone possibly specifically say what needs to be done to prevent certain error messages if they don't have any idea what the actual error messages are?
When you make a post requesting help, it's general practice to include as much information as possible in the post. Be it error messages, Windows version or hardware statistics, or ANYTHING that could help giving you a concrete answer. Watching us guess what the problem could be is not going to do you any good.
