www.freewebs.com. I found it very professional. No popups or banners when hosting a site there, however, there is a bandwidth limit (which should not be an issue for 5-6 pages), and they request a simple link back to the mothersite. I think it's a quite a fair deal.
As a sidenote, I usually create a credits page on my websites anyway, stating the sites I used as reference, any forums or message boards I access, from where I copied any java applets from (thats where the real credit comes in), , people who helped me, etc.
