This is what I did and it fixt the problem.

Open the \winsxs folder (Start, Run, winsxs).
Delete the folder named \x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.RtcDll_6595b6414 4ccf1df_5.2.2.1_ or a file similar to this name.
Restart the installation; the problem should be solved.
