Is it possible for one person using two different profiles to have two different IP addresses on a single pc? The two IP's are different numbers completely. Like:
24.56....@neo.rr.com and the other
64.56....@neo.rr.com. Is it possible that they could be using a pc and a lap top. Would their lap top and pc have the same ip address if they are using the lap top at home. Also, what does the cpe in front of the ip address mean?
