then your Norton Internet Security is bolcking the connection from MSN thru Trillian.Do this Close Trillian. Go back in to Program Control (I'm assuming you have Automatic Program Control checked).Click on Program Scan to re-scan your PC. Make sure anything with Trillian or Cerulean is unchecked. You can recheck all other programs. When you hit next you'll get your location preferences for the Trillian program, I check them all, click finish. You should get a pop up when you reload Trillian, select "Always allow connection etc. etc. to this program". This will open all ports necessary and close them when not needed.
