Each of the instant messengers now has its own section in the forums, and each section is managed by a team. Each team has one
Team Leader who selects members to assist them in managing their section of the forums.
Advisors are generally members with specialized expertise and the ability to moderate forum topics when necessary.
Mentors are active members who help the newer members feel at home in the forum, showing them how to get answers to their questions and find their way around.
As you might notice, there are openings for Mentors in several sections. If you're interested in helping, contact a team leader for more information.
