I was away for almost three days because of some personal problems but now as I’m back I’m glad to see your response, now let me clear the things for you…

Reading a few articles about a topic, watching few news & talk shows on T.V (specially western media, which is biased towards east, towards Islam), discussing with some people who don’t even know that where Pakistan lies on the map, how would be you so expert and a judge of matter that you even claimed President of Pakistan a hardliner and fundamentalist.

You really need “Facts” and “Figures” to be cleared.

You did a good job in describing the fundamental defination of Jihad, but u failed to explain why the Islamic fundamentalists and terrorists are using the very same term while killing the innocent civilians in Kashmir, or against the US, UK or any one who condemns terrorism.

One of the three basic laws of Physics derived by Newton which I studied back in my school classes is; “Every action has it’s own reaction and that action is always opposite in direction.”

The same law applies on human beings, if you give some one a slap then what response would you expect from him? Certainly he will slap you back, but as an American you would like that he must have to bow before you, offer you other cheek and request. “Dear Master please award me another slap on the 2nd cheek to equalize and moderate the situation occurring on the first one.”

No matter the response of the 3rd world is same, we are bowing and requesting you to slap once more and hopes are this that there are no near chances of end to this humiliation.

Situation in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, Bosnia, Kosowo, Chechnya, Kashmir have links with the hate today west is facing. The hate is because of US polices and Unipolar dreams. First becoming the only one power on earth and then continuing this unipolar myth. Now the recent US adventures in Iraq and Afghanistan are to capture the energy sources of the region. But what Americans are expecting is this that their neo-colonialism will continue without any reaction specially the opposite one. They may continue battling on the lands away from their home, shedding innocent human blood away from their homeland. They have technology; they have power so there is no comparison of power between the 3rd world and them, no competition either. But the old saying become true, “Necessity is the mother of invention.” The invention is once again new and unique, in Bin Laden’s words; “They will invade and kill us in our homes, so shall we… we will bring the battle back their homes, we will kill them in their homes.”

That was the case with US but why they are killing UK citizens? UK was in peace; there was no hate for them a few years back, but why? Answer is simple; UK becoming the “closest” US alley, the hate that Americans were facing now English men are also the targets of this hater.

Killing of innocent civilians…. Now I become neutral, killing innocent humans is ashamed way to get your targets, that’s total brutality. But remember civilians are not only innocent in US or UK they are also innocent in Iraq and Afghanistan. Why don’t the west expect opposite reaction. Is the blood of those which are Muslims is different from the UK or US citizens? Is there blood don’t have any value? Why don’t they posses’ human rights? Instead they don’t even have rights equal to animals.

The arguments Bin Laden (remember I’m against him) have given for the killings of innocent civilians after both President Bush and P.M Blair won the elections, in his words; “The attacks on British and US citizens are justified as they are not innocent, they have given power to Bush and Blair second time, if they are against US and UK’s attacks on Iraq, if they are against their polices they may have put them out of rule but they once again elected them to continue their brutality.”

Kashmir issue…

As for as Kashmir is concerned you must have to study on this issue and then to speak, this is simply a kind advice. You asked that Islamic militants are killing “innocent civilians” in Kashmir in fact the reality is this that Kashmir is a victim of Indian state terrorism.

India has deployed more then 700,000 armed personal in Kashmir and they are fighting with only a few thousand Pakistani guerillas for last 5 years; man that’s too funny. Look at the strength of Indian Army there, these 700,000 Indian army is in Kashmir to control Kashmires who want their right of freedom, these large number of armed personal are condemning state terrorism in Kashmir.


In Indian held Kashmir, Indian army killed 4677 Kashmiri people during
the year 2001 from January 1 to December 31 while 682 fell victim to extra
judicial murders by the Indian forces in fake encounters and custodial
killings.

According to the statistics compiled by the Research Section of Kashmir
Media Service, 519 women were raped or molested during the preceding
year while 2395 children orphaned and 871 women widowed.

6058 civilians were illegally arrested by the Indian police and forces
personnel and 8002 tortured and injured during the year. The number of
Kashmiri citizens including prominent leaders and freedom movement
activists under detention at present in various jails across held
Kashmir and India stands at 5605. They had been arrested on fake charges and
are being held under imprisonment for indefinite periods without trials.

During their ravage and plundering the Indian troops destroyed or
damaged 1988 structures of various kinds including residential houses, schools
and mosques.

The statistical data compiled by KMS Research Section also reveals that
374 Kashmiris were killed by the Indian army in held Kashmir during the
month of December 2001 alone. The figure includes 265 men, 13 women,
one child and 95 citizens mostly youth murdered in custody. 688 common
citizens were tortured or critically injured, 579 arrested and 170 houses and
shops arsoned during the preceding month of December 2001. During the month,
13 persons were kidnapped and their whereabouts are still unknown. 54
women were molested or gang raped and 123 children orphaned in the month
under review.

I think you don’t have even read the defination of Jihad carefully, if so then you wouldn’t have written this.
Mr. Neo Jihad is not killing innocent civilians, it’s war against invaders.
Jihad in Islam is waging peace and justice. Jihad is a war against unjust, oppression, exploitation, tyranny, fear, corruption and denying the masses basic human rights (4:75-76) and to establish justice, peace, freedom, especially freedom of religion, security, equity and social justice (2:193).

Jihad means a lot to us, it’s not only a “Holy War” in your wards, it’s a part of our faith, it’s part of our culture, society and living. Remember Jihad is not just waging war against enemy it has much wider meanings and applications.
All types of Jihad is very much relevant and needed today, from the inward spiritual struggle against one’s lower self, to activism for peace, justice, social justice,...etc, to armed resistance whenever armed resistance is justified; for example against foreign occupation, oppression, tyranny and unjust.
