Really that's a point... Cell phones are also coming handy when it comes to crimes, people calling police, there are many cases in which pictures taken by cell phone cameras proved to be an evidence against the crime. But I also heard news that someone making a call on cell phone while driving and got an accident.
The one thing we need is awareness about how to use them.
