That's garbage, surely?!!
For me (i.e. "outside U.S.) to call U.S. costs US2.0c/minute on Yahoo - according to their own website rates - whereas Skype would be Euro1.7c, which equals aprox US2.3c, so there's no question of Yahoo being HALF of Skype, at present anyway.
