As from today I see their
site lists more countries.
(I suspect these newer ones actually came online a few days ago, and website has just caught up).
For the record, this is now available for use from:
AMERICAS: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Latin America(sic), Mexico, USA.
ASIA/PACIFIC: Asia(sic), Australia, N.Z., China, Hong Kong, India, Korea Taiwan.
EUROPE: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK&Ireland.
