Cerulean Studios co-founder Scott Werndorfer has posted a screenshot of the login screen from the next release of Trillian on their developer blog. Code named "Astra," Trillian 4 is currently only available in a very tight controlled beta with fifty testers.
Trillian, of course, is the popular Windows-based multi-network instant messenger that works with AIM, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, Jabber/Gooogle Talk and even more IM networks. I've been a Trillian Pro customer for years, and still find it an extremely useful tool. Cerulean Studios has taken some heat from it's users for taking so long to come out with a new version, but it looks like we may finally begin to see the results of their work.
Scott promises to sneak out some tasty nuggets their
developer blog, and probably also at the new
Trillian Astra website.
