Hello all, new at this so give me time..... um my yahoo has not worked for several DAYS not just hours, but i mean DAYS..... i went to install the new version 8 and when i did and tried to sign back it, i wasn't able to, so then i thought they were having problems with that one so i went to download my old version, but still had no luck, it's been problem after problem. when i "TRY" to sign in it will tell me it could not sign me into yahoo and it will then say modem users make sure you are online and try again, also it says lan/proxy users if you know your settings go here then another for need more help click here, so that's all i get and i've done all 4 options given to me for the "proxies" and not one has worked... so i give up if yahoo is down, i wish they would have sent an email out since our email still seems to work, ya think they would have had since to do that at least, and another thing is, if yahoo is "DOWN" then why can i sign on to my yahoo messenger a different way and still see people online...HELLO does that make since????????? didn't think so........
