This is a program written around the Yahoo! Chat 'free' service, there is no "pay for" chat from Yahoo! and as far as I know there isn't any in the works (I don't work for Yahoo! Inc.). What this program is about, to clear up any confusion, is it's a flexible program that is an alternative to Y!TunnelPro. The same amount of hard work that went into Y!TunnelPro's development has went into this program, and then some. Some of this program's features aren't found in Y!TunnelPro while a few features in Y!TunnelPro aren't found in this program (chat icon support namely).
As for the release date it's still TBA but will debut very soon.
