Or you could click the Start button select Run and type ymsgr:Chat? then click the OK button.

Also you could make a Shortcut on your desktop.

1. Right click in an open space on your desktop.
2. Scroll down, select New, then select Shortcut.

You will see small window open. You should see a textbox. Above that will say
Type the location of the file. In the textbox type ymsgr:Chat? then click
the Next button. The next step is to give your shortcut a name. Once you give
it the name you desire click the Finish button.

Now you should have the shortcut on your desktop. Once you open it the
chat room list will open. If Yahoo Messenger is no open it will be opened after
you double click on the new shortcut you made. Also, the shortcut icon will
be the same as the Yahoo Messenger icon. You can change the icon though.
