Um, peak time starts when all the teenys come home from school and hermit themselves into their bedrooms with their webcams in the sex chat rooms, starting roughly at 5PM. Especially on a Friday, peak time runs well late into the night, so as for you stating it is at 12am, you are correct, but it doesn't start then. It starts much earlier, and mattumanu is very correct stating it is wrong of Yahoo to interrupt users in the highest populated area in North America (eastern) during peak time.
