Hi Hated. The denial with a message is optional (though users on Messenger will still get the dialog if they're online at the time they're denied).
In the Pro version the Chat Networks you can "Deny" users on are Yahoo!, WLM, LCS and Sametalk. In YTK Lite the network you can choose is Yahoo! only (unless we eventually lift that restriction which we might).
