WhatwasIthinking, we're not attempting to hide support access to customers at all if that's what you're implying. Also, for the third time now you've been told that a COMMUNITY SUPPORT FORUM does indeed exist and all problems seem to disappear when you simply register there and post your trouble(s) if you've got any.

The community support forum isn't hard to miss and contact information usually is out of the way and not in plain view, this isn't quite uncommon. There isn't a need to continue to act the way you're acting. If you're able to repost my images you're quite capable of finding a support link at the bottom of a web page and clicking on it.

As for e-mail tech support, Brock and I, the two developers of this program handle it all ourselves. When you e-mail support you talk to us directly and not somebody being paid to answer questions or complaints. We do this on top of development and on top of tending to our forum and managing the web site and servers. If you need support you have two choices, one is through e-mail and the other is through the community forum (which I've directed you towards before). Let's not make it anymore difficult than it has to be.

I only posted those screen shots because you stated that the support links weren't ever there to begin with when they were, you just weren't able to find them. Whether this was your fault or mine is irrelevant. Let's drop the heat from this thread now, it's gone off topic and this isn't a place for YTK Pro support, this is a thread on a completely separate forum tracking release information and other happenings related to YTK Pro.
