Good, let me know how it goes. Specifically make sure "secure mode" is disabled in IE, and that there are not any restrictions levied against users in terms of internet usage. WS03 has firewalling built in via RRAS. It has been a while since I've run non-server applications on WS, but there are a few settings that need to be enabled/disabled for it to work like XP.
