Neither of those DLL's turned up any information.
I'd suggest running a virus and adware scan (AVG free and Ad-aware will do).
But to actually solve the problem, you'll need to find the entries in msconfig that throw these errors.
Go to Start > Run > MSCONFIG > Startup (tab) to open the MSCONFIG utility. Here you will have a list of programs that run when the computer starts, you can uncheck the box to disable an item. Opting for something to not run at startup will not disable the program, and you will still be able to launch it from the start menu.
