Hi and welcome to BBB. I'm not the Trillian guru here, but I did some digging in the Cerulean Studios website and discovered your
thread there. To me it seems like a technical glitch regarding the problem with your contacts not showing up.
I know you'd like to use Trillian as your AIO, but maybe it's worthwhile to try some other multi IM clients (while waiting for them to release Astra, don't hold your breath). Clients like
Pidgin or
Digsby come to mind.
