Hackers don't exactly exist like that. And if they did, they'd probably just take your money and not do anything.
Unfortunately, there really isn't much you can do about it. Without the secret question's answer, you're pretty much screwed.
It's not that nobody can't help you, it's that without the answer to the secret question, you're sunk in the water. There's no way to recover it either, and if the account has existed since 1998, chances are it's lost to the sands of time...
Just being honest and straight with you.
Oh, and any talk about "hacking" isn't allowed here on this site, since the term and actions are malicious in nature (usually).
