I think MySpace is dying a slow death, but Facebook is here to stay, mostly because they usually are able to keep the level of spam down. It's interface is professional- I think how users aren't able to change backgrounds of their profiles. It makes everything less annoying.
I really like Twitter, but I'm also afraid that it might go the path of myspace as well, because of the level of spammers is increasing.
