In beginning I also thinked this has some relations with WLM, becauste this started to happen when WLM 8.5 was updated to 9.0,but in the meantime issues with malware was considered as cause, I runed some scans, deleted some threats, now AVG scans system every day and problem persists.
Now I think as much as yout that this ih simply related with some bug in WLM, but if we wait to MS to repair this....
