It was a neat simple to use program.
It would show (not sure if all but seem like) from all around the world.
you select (from a list) the room from what country you wanted and it would put it in as a join command.. It's been a few years back since I use it and it work great.
but like you said and I agree it might not work now with all the changes..
i wasn't looking for any certain room, just seeing who else out there i could talk to that is somehow region block
