I regret to inform that none of the links helped my situation. I've tried everything on that list. I've updated WLM, IE, Got Service pack 2. Nothing's worked. I've deleted all temporary internet files and everything like that.
I have used another computer to sign in to my WLM, and everything works. All the people who have added me popped up and i could accept their invites. All deleted people stayed deleted. So It's definitely something to do with my computer. I'm running 32 bit vista on a Dell Studio 1535. not sure if that makes a difference but it's information.
