I have a big problem,

When I add a contact, they never get my request, and I never see them online (even though they are)

If someone adds me, I'll get thei request, but don't see them online, they see me online though, If they talk to me, it says «X is not on your list, Add contact» and then when I click add, nothing happens.

I tried cleaning policy in regedit, as well as clearing the cache


I would please need a solution
