Got your web cam, but don't have a place to host it? http://www.spotlife.com provides free web cam and even live streaming video hosting! Logitech's QuickCam software integrates nicely with SpotLife, but they also have their own software with you can download (again, for FREE).

Caveat: SpotLife uses FTP to upload the images, so if you're behind a corporate firewall you may have trouble getting it going. Most home users should have no trouble at all!
