I just released a new version of MSN Advance Responder(
http://case.isgreat.tv/mar.htm) New version release soon, because the program is very new. Here is a little introduction:
The script it uses (fully adjustable!):

Commands that u can use:
$color: The color of your font (settings.ini)
$csite: This command is related to $site, it converts the source to html. "$csite (
http://www..com)"
$date: Shows the date
$input: Adds what the other person says
$line: Adds an empty line
$link: Links to another command, for example "Do you want my mail, link$ (mail)$mail: Shows your MSN email address
$nick: Shows your MSN nickname
$none: If you add this once to a response, you will say nothing.
$random: Picks a random line from a file. for example "$random (c:\qoutes.txt)"
$show: Shows the content of a file, for example "$show (ascii\hello.txt)"
$site: Adds the content of a site (sourcecode), use a plain ascii file (txt). for example "$site (
http://www.textfiles.com/art/sunlogo.txt)"
$state: Shows the current MSN state (offline,online,...)
$tick: The time that you have been on your computer since startup
$time: Shows the time
