Have any of you looked under the chat directory and came across a chat section titled Local? Under this are only about 10 cities I think. One of them being Philadelphia. I am from the Philadelphia area. Now is it wrong of me to believe being that this is a Philadelphia LOCAL chat, which it is intended for people whom are from the Philadelphia area? Is it wrong of me to become agitated at people who come in here from Hicksville Pennsylvania, because they construe this as a "Pennsylvania chat"? Then when I ask them why they come in here they get rather ill mannered with me, saying, "Because I can." Do I have a right to be pissed off that my local chat is being filled with many outsiders?
