Just for those who didn't already know:
On October 31st, Patchou has announced that he will next week release a BETA version of MsgPlus! which will be compatible with the BETA versions of MSN Messenger 7.

I must say, I have just downloaded and installed the MSN Messenger 7 BETA version, and i'm already missing Plus! So this is a bit of good news.
