I realize that my reply is years late. You've probably blossomed into a young woman by now and perhaps senior has gone ahead of us, hopefully, as I have no use for smart a$$es. At any rate I have kept as many as 4 AIM messenger windows open at one time plus AOL Instant messenger open simultaneously, but it's usually to keep creeps and undesirables in check. For awhile I was having the same message come on, then it just stopped by itself. Possibly, AIM modified it at some point? You could try creating a slight variation of your SN on either AIM or AOL, to keep the two open. I agree, there was no need for the smart a$$ reply. Some people are just born holes and can't help but be a$$es, when supplying an answer.
