Although all those sites do provide what you are looking for, users have to actually click the link in your information to goto them. Now people know how to put their mouse over a link, and view the actual link as opposed to the "click here" etc. that you might put, and chances are, won't click. What you may want to do is setup a geocities or yahoo site similiar to imchaos and this way it will be an original one, ppl will click.

I recently created an AIM Profile View Tracker, which track who views your AIM Profile. To register for it, go to http://www.trackmyprofile.com

I think your best option for AIM profile trackers is going with www.imlinktracker.com because you can set it to link to actual sites so instead of just saying click here you can link to your photo album or something and people will actually be taken to your photos while tracking their screen name.
