Problem with a .dll file

I'm new to this so I hope I'm doing this right...
A few weeks ago I started getting an error message whenever I opened aim that said:

"The dynamic link library UTILDLL.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\Program Files\AIM;.;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT\system;C:\W INNT;C:\Program Files\AIM;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\Syst em32\Wbem."

My OS is win2k and since then I have upgraded AIM to 5.2.3292, upgraded to newest DeadAIM, upgraded windows to SP4, upgraded IE and OE to 6, (not just b/c of this) but I still get the error message. I can't remember doing anything in particular that would have caused it.
After I hit ok, AIM starts ok, and I haven't noticed any other problems, but I don't know if this might cause me more headaches in the future and it is kind of annoying to get this error message everytime I start aim. So if anyone can help me with this, or knows what utildll.dll is all about please post a response. Thanks!

OrangemanColon, your file UTILDLL.dll, might be corrupted, I would suggest going to http://www.webattack.com/help/missingfiles.html, and searching for the file and replacing the old one with it.
