The Stock Menu and News Ticker options/pages in the preference window aren't highlighted-- I cannot get rid of the stock ticker (and there are no moving numba.S.)-- fo'real.

Thats cause they are found in AimRes.dll which you need to take out if you know how to or just use the iMod version.

David, you should consider making a program that simply uninstalls the bloatware and installs Imod2. That wouldn't be violating anything, and besides, if it is, then so is every spyware cleaner and so is every AIM addon.

I haven't used it, but the program listed on skimming 5.5http://www.bigblueball.com/forums/to...?TOPIC_ID=9157 claims to remove everything you don't need.
