IM to cell phone

for some reason.. when I IM to a friend cell phone(only this number) using aim directly. "+1##########" it forward the message to another cell phone number.. I get a message to accept or block message from that new number.i've been using this to IM to cell phones. but somehow only this friend number of mine forward to another phone number. and he doesn't even know why it does that. It's not even relate to IMFORWARDING. anybody know the problem?

Sometimes, cell phones can have two people on the same number, or relatively the same number. When you add a 1, it probably changes the number to 1-###-###-####, instead of ###-###-####.

It is never tomorrow.

ummmmm, 1-###-###-#### and ###-###-#### are the same thing. however it may change it to 1##-###-#### with an extra # at the end which doesn't matter if the 1 before the area code isn't necessary.
