stupid question but needed answer...
how do I install the skin (the nonstep)? I downloaded it/extract, and I double click the icon and it brings up the appearance tab, but nothin new there?

download style xp here http://www.tgtsoft.com/ or you can use a uxtheme.dll patcher but I never used that.

I used a program coded by gippy and fixed up by Robert from Winmod forums to remove the ratemeter. Heres the program http://upload-patch.net/users/wtf/Rate%20Kill.exe
