Please help with AIM 6.0

I downloaded 6.0 two days ago and everything was fine. I restarted my computer tonight and everytime I try to sign onto 6.0...I get this message

ERROR: Cannot Start AIM (0x8007007E). (IM-0001)

I don't even see the start up page for 6.0, I just get a pop-up that says the above.

Please help! I like the new AIM!

thank you!

amanda

possible solution?

Try going to start, click on run, and type in " regsvr32 jscript.dll " without the quotes and press enter. Let me know if this works or not.

You might also need to type in
regsvr32 vbscript.dll

omg, this helped alot. This helped fix problems with internet explorer not using javascript and why my user account window wasn't showing anything and my aim6.0. the regsvr32 jscript.dll just enabled my javascript. I went throught alot trying to find a fix for this problem such as upgrading to IE 7.0, upgrading to service pack 2. Thanks for your big help.
