I don't know if I qualify.. I mean I just did register.

But I've been with AIM since 2002. I basically know most of the problems & solutions.

I did AOL in 2000, but this is AIM :-P

What exactly qualifies you as an "expert" regarding an instant messenger? I've been using AIM since 1997.
