Can't recover my old Screen name??
Hi,
I'm trying to recover an old screen name I had (Which is Jeffire13) on aim a long time ago. The thing is when I go to password reset and fill out the info, I get this message: "We're sorry. We do not have enough information to reset your password. If you are unable to remember it you will need to create a new screen name." There must be some way to get it back, isn't there? I use Jeffire13 for about everything I use. If anybody could give me advice on how to get it back, I'd greatly appreciate it. -Jeff
