Video Chat Question: PC to Mac

I have a Logitech Camera. I am running Windows Vista. I can chat one on one with my mac counterparts, but multivideo does not work. Most of my friends have macs, but I can't chat with multiple people at once. Also, I am the only one who can initiate chats - the button to initiate with me, people say, is not available. Any idea why this is happening, or is this a purely mac to pc problem?

I'm thinking it can be solved, because a lot of people told me I wouldn't be able to video chat to people on ichat using AIM, but I figured it out.
