Change Password Trouble

Hey, so I keep getting messages from AIM support saying "Your screenname is signed on in two locations..." I don't know how this is possible and just keep hitting "1" to make it sign off. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps on my computer at home I have it set to like autosave and login when its opened so somebody else could be doing that, but I dont think so.

Anyway, I wanted to change my password just to make sure and have a bit of a problem...I have no idea what the answer to my security question is...and when i hit the forgot that thing, it wants to know the email address I used to sign up or gender/zip code that I used when i signed up...and I have no idea what either of those would be either...So...anything I can do here?

If you have a paid AOL account you could contact customer service. If you have the free account, I doubt there is much you can do.

Do you by any chance have your cell phone set to start mobile AIM? That will produce the same notification on your AIM client.
