Away message for only one user?

I remember an aim profile program of some sort where you could make an away message visible to only one member of your choice. I remember there being something w/ "Planet" in the title. It was a profile enhancer of some sort. It was years ago.

I don't think this site exists anymore, but is there an option to achieve this? like a code or something? (like for the time, you put %t and name you put %n)
