Well here goes me:

Firstly, I hate all soda/pop. Yeah it's true, in fact I always choose water over anything unless I can get lemonade. I don't like the carbonation, and caffine gives me HORRIBLE headaches. You will never see me drinking any kind of soda or pop ever.

Secondly, I prefer metrics and military time vs the "regular American stuff". You ask me the temperature I will tell you degrees Celsius. You ask me the time, I'll throw out a 22:00. I originally switched to military time to keep myself doing math all day. I had to keep adding everything to 12. I switched to metrics to keep up with my British friends.

Thirdly, as a child I was VERY much wanting to be a racecar driver or monster truck driver. Oh I collected so many cars, had a favorite NASCAR driver, favorite monster truck, oh yeah even went to a monster truck rally thing. Loud and cool.

Fourthly, I can never be allowed to touch computers at a store. I can't even look at them. I always try to go over and start changing settings and stuff to fit my needs, so I best be just kept away from them

Finally, before the days of the name "MrEggsalad" I used to use "SwiftSG" for usernames. I used to run a lot as a younger kid, and I and my best friend at the time had Lego super hero guys who I named mine Swift and he named his Speedy uh something with a G. Somehow the name caught on at school and for a little bit I was actually called Swift.

Sheesh, I didn't know we had so many picky eaters here.

Anyway, I know I'm overdue for this, but I just barely posted this on my blog so I guess I'll have to put it here too. So here goes.

One.
Human stupidity bugs me. Alright, maybe you already knew this, but now I can admit that specific things such as ignorance and people who jump to conclusions can really get on my nerves. It irritates me more than anyone else. People are stupid these days! I can’t take it! I don’t know about you, but I’m going nuts. Aaaaaaaahh!! [Jumps out window]

Two.
I have this problem where I often think about money and wealth. I realize that perhaps everyone wishes they were rich, but personally, I think about it so much that it’s probably unhealthy. If I had a hundred-thousand dollars, I could buy this.. and this… and maybe this…

Three.
I enjoy walking. In fact, I’d be glad to walk the two miles from the school to my house if I had to. When people call me crazy, I tell them to shutup and think of the pioneers.

Four.
I never listen to local radio. The popular music scene just sucks. The majority of teenage guys around here listen to unoriginal punk-rock bands, and as far as girls go, some of them listen to… well, I’m too scared to mention it. Seriously, though, I’ve never heard any electronica on the airwaves, nor have I heard any trance music or post-rock. Pfft.

Five.
Sometimes I drink milk straight out of the container. Gasp!
Alright, I’m done. I’m kind of thirsty, too…

My five

1. Food: I’ll try anything! I may not eat it again (think octopus ) but I’ll give it a try.

2. I’m afraid of heights! I didn’t know how afraid til we visited the Grand Canyon and I was physically unable to go past a certain tree. Weird feeling, that. And perhaps not the best destination for a vacation.

3. I write. I never know when inspiration will strike or what the subject will be, but I get good feedback from my readers.

4. I love celebrating birthdays. If it’s your birthday, get ready to be celebrated!

5. I don’t like water. Flavor it with at least lemon and it’s palatable.

Dan -- we should start a petition to get bands like Godspeed and 65daysofstatic some serious airplay. There's a decent independent alternative station where I live, but they're starting to get on my nerves. Music is not new after it's been out for a year, and it's not exclusive if another station has been playing it since its release.

PBNPR -- I'll try anything once as well... but there aren't any rules on how much I'll try. You should check out Steve, Don't Eat It! --> Hi-larious.

And you probably wouldn't be a fan of the horseshoe thinger, then?

As I was going down the stair, I met a man who wasn't there.
He wasn't there again today; I wish I wish he'd go away.

I don't think I could . . . . . . stomach any of those things he . . . . . . tried . . . Truly stomach-wrenching.

And the horshoe thingy - heck no! Not a chance! I'm glad people can do it, but not me.
